These four things are,

Well, for the most part, it’s none of those things. It’s that people are stiff and all you need to do is start stretching, but specific stretching, focused stretching. If you start with just seven minutes a day, a forward bend, a back bend, a side bend and a twist. If you apply these four directions with a stretch applied to it, and focus is really the key to it. This is the secret to living without pain.
4. The next thing we also need is to have a flexible mind. Everyone is so connected to technology these days. Most people think when they are relaxing, sitting watching TV or looking at something, some kind of device. Well, really, they don’t shut out, they don’t relax, they actually have more input than some other electronic media that puts information into their heads.
The best way to develop a flexible mind is through the meditation process, inner mind processes, self-hypnosis and meditation. There’s a lot of apps out there, there’s a lot of CDs you can listen to, a lot of things with brain support technology. Any of these things are good. By far the most profound meditation experience comes from using no props and learning to be still. Although it is the most difficult to achieve, once you have achieved this, you have experienced a deep state of peace.
When you do just these four basic things and learn to control technology, learn to treat it as your servant, you will function better, your stress, your anxiety symptoms will disappear. Just start incorporating it into your life every day.
Walking and bodyweight exercise. Stretches, you can do basic stretches in seven minutes. Learn to eat right, real food, mostly plants. Eat only when you are hungry and stop eating when you are full. Learn to take time every day to be still.
