Splenda – The Medical Research & a Self-Test to See If You Have a Splenda Sensitivity
Splenda is a zero-calorie sugar alternative in those little yellow packets that have been manufactured since the 1990s. Splenda is made by a chemical process created by chlorinating regular sugar. Splenda is a chemically modified sugar. Splenda has seen a huge surge in popularity, and many dieters and diabetics find it has less of an aftertaste than any other artificial sweetener.

If you have severe reactions, especially on the first day, this is a very strong sign that Splenda is having an adverse effect on your body. You would do well to avoid Splenda altogether and benefit from a body detoxification program. This self-check can be done with any of the artificial sweeteners.
